What should be added into my diet :
- Cancer-fighting defense system : soy bean or fermented soy products / broccoli (1 and 2 cups a week)
- Ability to repair and regenerate : a cup of cocoa
- Health-giving bacteria : fruit / sauerkraut / cheese
- Immune system : white button mushroom / virgin olive oil
- DNA protection : nuts (10g per day) / berries
- Moderate drinking / Spicy food / Hard cheese is OK
